Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Biomedicine from Universidade Guarulhos (UnG) in December 2017, I conducted a scientific initiation at the Department of Clinical and Toxicological Analyses at the University of São Paulo (USP) from August 2015 to December 2017. During this period, I developed essential research skills, including the handling of laboratory animals, cell culture, and immunofluorescence. Subsequently, I completed my PhD at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (ICB) at USP, within the Postgraduate Program in Biology of Host-Pathogen Interactions, from March 2019 to June 2024. Currently, I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Faculdade de Medicina de Jundiaí, where I am exploring new therapies for toxoplasmosis, with a focus on the cerebral form of the disease. My core specialties include Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectrometry, in vitro drug testing, and the cultivation of parasitic and mammalian cell lines, which are essential competencies for my research in the fields of Biochemistry, Parasitology, and Cell Biology.
