In the present research project, laboratory experiments will be carried out to evaluate the effects of exposure to glyphosate-based herbicides on photosynthetic responses of stream macroalgae belonging to the Phylum Cyanophyta. The photosynthetic responses will be assessed using the techniques of (I) evolution of dissolved oxygen and (II) fluorescence of chlorophyll a. (AU)
