Alice Corrêa Silva Sousa

She holds her DDS in Dentistry from the University of Ribeirão Preto - UNAERP (2019). Doctor in Endodontics by the Graduate Program in Restorative Dentistry of the Ribeirão Preto School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo - FORP-USP (2020-2024), with a research internship at the Department of Adult Restorative Dentistry, University of Nebraska Medical Center - College of Dentistry (2021-2022; Lincoln, NE, USA) and at the Knight Cancer Precision Biofabrication Hub at Oregon Health Science University (2023; Portland, OR, USA). Residence in Endodontics in the Faculty of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto (2023 - FUNORP - USP). She is currently a postdoctoral research at the Faculty of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto of the University of São Paulo. During her undergraduate, she was a Scientific Initiation Fellow by FAPESP (Foundation for Research Support of the State of SP) - from April 2017 to March 2018 and from January 2019 to January 2020.She was a finalist in the Paffenbarger Award Category of the ADM (Academy of Dental Materials) Annual Meeting 2017 in Nuremberg (Germany). Co-author of work awarded with Honorable Mention in the TCC Category of the 35th Annual Meeting of SBPqO, and 1 place in the LAOHA-Colgate category of Clinical Research Support in the 40th Annual Meeting of SBPqO. And co-author of work awarded with 2 place of the 12 SBendo Congress. Received 1 Place in the Oral Category of the Health Area at the 20 Congress of Scientific Initiation and Research of UNAERP. And Honorable Mention in work presented during the 40 JORP (FORP-USP). Co-author of work awarded first place in the V Encuentro de Latinoamericano de Posgrado en Endodoncia. Participated in the Organizing Committee of the 20, 21 and 22 editions of the Dental Week of the University of Ribeirão Preto. And she was President of the 23 Dental Week of the University of Ribeirão Preto (SOURP). She was the First Secretary of the Dental Association of Ribeirão Preto (AORP 2020-2021/2022-2023), and is currently Secretary General of AORP (2024-2025). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
