Wagner Oliveira Monteiro

PhD in Economics from the School of Economics in São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas. M.Sc. in Economics from FGV-SP (2008) and a PhD in Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2019). Master in Business Economics from the São Paulo School of Economics (EESP-FGV) (2008) and a degree in Economics from the Álvares Penteado University Center (2004). He works as a Legislative Analyst III - Economics at the Legislative Assembly of Santa Catarina (ALESC). He worked as a professor in the Undergraduate Program in International Relations at the School of International Relations of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV RI), in the Undergraduate Program in Administration at the School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP), in the Undergraduate Program at the São Paulo School of Economics of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EESP) and an MBA from FGV. He has worked in the Professional Master's programs, Master in Financial/Business Economics (CEAFE/CEABE), Master in Corporate Finance, Controllership and Economics (CEACE), Master in Banking, Financial Institutions and Economics (CEBANKING), Master in Economics and Management (CEEM), and MBA programs at the Getulio Vargas Foundation São Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP), undergraduate programs at the Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School (FGV EDESP), and as Deputy Coordinator of the Center for Quantitative Studies in Economics and Finance (CEQEF) and Researcher at the Center for Applied Macroeconomics (CEMAP) at the FGV São Paulo School of Economics. He won the Anbima Award (2010) for best thesis project.
