Doctorate degree (2019) and master degree (2015) in Human Geography from the University of São Paulo and a bachelor degree in Geography from the same institution. Interested in History of Geography, Intellectual History, Geographical Epistemology and Sociology of Knowledge. In doctorate investigated the impact of Social Darwinism in early 20th-century US human geography focused on the works of Ellsworth Huntington (1876-1947) and Ellen Semple (1863-1932); in master's degree researched the work of Richard Hartshorne (1899-1992).
