Paul Sabatier Toulouse III - France and at Univ. São Paulo - USP - Brazil. Has experience in Geosciences, focusing on Geodesics, acting on the following subjects: Geoespatial Information, Spatial Hydrology, computer network telecommunications and GHG emissions estimation.
