Thaís Cshunderlick is graduated (2021) in Architecture and Urbanism at Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAUUSP), Brazil. Researcher financed by FAPESP in scientific initiation on the theme of "Housing Development Financed with Government Severance Indemnity Fund in the city of São Paulo" from 2017 to 2018. International student at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Netherlands, during one year (2018/2019) with a focus on urban revitalization, adaptive reuse of cultural heritage, and contemporary planning, supported by a merit scholarship from Aucani USP. Worked for the past four years at the real estate development firm P3urb Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, in São Paulo, gaining experience in various stages of the residential real estate development cycle: feasibility studies, urban licensing, project coordination and design compatibility, construction monitoring, building operations, and support for marketing and sales activities. Also has previous experience in real estate consulting (Mogno Capital, now Valora Investimentos), as well as academic involvement as a teaching assistant (PEEG) and special graduate student at FAUUSP (2024).
