Assistant Professor, University of Brasília (UnB), at the Institute of Political Science (IPOL). Coordinator of IPOL/UnB's Extension Program. Deputy Coordinator of the Specialization in Public Policy Advisory at IPOL-UnB. Founder and director of the research group "Center for the Study of Bicameralism and Comparative Institutions" (NEBIC, IPOL/UnB), registered with CNPq. Vice Coordinator of the Research Group on Executives linked to the Latin American Political Science Association (ALACIP). Founder and coordinator of the Continuous Activity Extension Projects (PEAC) "Congress Observatory" and "Political Science" (IPOL/UnB). Coordinator o f the Summer school of methods at UnB (2 editions in 2024 and 2025). Associate editor of the SAAP REVIEW. Co-co-general editor of the "Latin American Societies" book series published by Springer-Nature.Holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3 (2013) and completed postdoctoral research at the University of São Paulo. In teaching, he was a visiting professor at UFABC, a volunteer professor at the University of São Paulo (USP), and lecturer at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH). He teaches courses on Public Policy Fundamentals, Introduction to Political Science (undergraduate); Methods, Qualitative Methodology, Comparative Politics (graduate). He has delivered various lectures on comparative methods and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) throughout Brazil (UFPI, UFPR, USP, UFRGS, etc.). In research, he has experience in the field of Political Science, with a focus on Government, Bicameralism, Comparative Political Systems, Coalitions, Political Representation, and Civil Society. His academic production includes 25 articles published in national and primarily international journals, 4 books published by international publishers, and 10 chapters published in national and international books.
