Alessandra Girasole

Biologist from the State University of Campinas (12/2005). PhD (2009) from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Unicamp, in the Medical Pathophysiology program, with a concentration in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology, with FAPESP assistance, under the guidance of Prof. Licio Augusto Velloso. Has experience in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology. She worked for more than three years at the biotechnology company Alellyx Applied Genomics S.A., acting as a Research Assistant in the Department of the Scientific Board of Sugarcane. She has been working since November 2009 at the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials, at the National Biosciences Laboratory, as a Specialized Development Analyst.
