Currently is a postdoctoral researcher in the Postgraduate Program in History at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGH-UFSC) and a collaborating researcher in the Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Studies in Archaeology at the same institution. Ph.D. in archaeology from the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology at the University of São Paulo (MAE-USP), masters in social anthropology from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and bachelors in history at the same institution. Analyzed lithics from ethnographic collections and from the late Holocene, as well as Itararé-Taquara ceramics from the coast of Santa Catarina. Also performed spatial analysis using QGis and ArcGis, specifically least cost path and predictive modelling. Worked on preventive surveys in the South, Northeast and Center-West regions of Brazil. Has experience in Brazilian archaeology (lithics and ceramics) and digital archaeology (GIS and photogrammetry). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
