I obtained my PhD in Health Sciences with a specialization in Clinical Epidemiology and Genetics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2015. I have a background in Public Health, Epidemiology of chronic non-communicable diseases with emphasis on rheumatic diseases (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic trauma including bone fractures and post-traumatic osteoarthritis. Experience in study design, data analysis and writing of scientific papers and articles. I have taught the course of the Pain Management program and master students.
