I obtained a bachelors degree in Systems Engineering (Catholic University of Santa Maria, Peru), a masters degree in Computer Science (UNICAMP) and am currently pursuing a PhD degree. Currently, I am a Senior Data Scientist and Tech Lead at SiDi in Campinas/SP. I have professional experience in the software industry, having worked as system developer/analyst and leader of software development (in Peru) e most recently as machine learning engineer and data scientist (in Brazil). I also have experience as undergraduate and graduate university professor in several universities in Peru. My research interests are related to data science, pattern recognition, machine learning, and image and video analysis and processing, having published several papers in national and international conferences. Also, I am a person who can easily adapt himself to new situations, places, research projects and job environments, and enjoys new challenges so much.
