Marianacê Morena Boregas e Rêgo

Bachelor's and License in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) between 2009-2016. She holds a technical course in Public Services from ETEC Cepam (2017-2018). She was a pre-undergraduate researcher scholarship holder at CNPq in the project "Fiscal Education in Full-Time Schools in São Paulo" (a partnership between ETEC Cepam, CoLab-USP, Social Observatory of Brazil-São Paulo, and the Social Knowledge Network) and was a TT3 scholarship holder at FAPESP twice, in the following research projects: 1) "The Brazilian Judiciary Facing the Flexibilization of Social Labor Rights: The Role of the TST and STF" (supervised by Prof. Magda Biavaschi from UNICAMP) and 2) "Espaço Coletiva Jovem: Supporting the Implementation of Actions" (supervised by Prof. Maria Carla Corrochano from UFSCar). She participated in and organized various academic, student, artistic, and sports events. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at the UFRRJs Planning and Budget Coordination (Coplan), working on data collection for the UFRRJs Annual Management Report; was a scholarship holder at the Documentation, Research, and Reference Center for Social Movements and Public Policies in the Field of the UFRRJs Graduate Program in Social Sciences in Development, Agriculture, and Society (CPDA); was a scholarship holder at PIBID (Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships); and served as a teaching assistant in the Didactics of Teaching course. She worked at IBGE as a census taker in the 2010 Demographic Census and from 2018 to 2020 as a Research and Mapping Agent (APM) in the National Consumer Price Index System (SNIPC). She taught Current Affairs at the Popular Pre-university Course of the NCN (Nucleus of Black Consciousness) at USP for four years (2020-2023). She completed a specialization in Professional Education Integrated with Basic Education in the EJA (Youth and Adult Education) modality at IFSP (2021-2023). She has an incomplete complementary training in Popular Percussion from the former Tom Jobim Musical Studies Center (now EMESP) between 2006-2008, occasionally giving private lessons in pandeiro for beginners.
