Rafael Alves da Silva

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Federal Fluminense (EAU UFF). Master in Architecture and Urbanism from the Graduate Program of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAU USP). Member of the Research Project "Real Estate Development and Metropolization: centralization of capital in the production of space in São Paulo" and of the Research Group "Space, Production and Urban Policy", both linked to FAU USP. Develops research in the areas of Theory of Urbanism and Fundamentals of Urban and Regional Planning, with an emphasis on real estate production, housing and urban policies and space production.
