Bachelors degree in Biomedicine from Centro Universitário Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (2018). Completed a lato sensu specialization in Advanced Techniques in Clinical Analysis at the Escola de Educação Permanente do Hospital das Clínicas, under the Protozoology in Public Health program, working in the Protozoology Laboratory of the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo (2020). Earned a Masters degree in Sciences - Tropical Medicine (Tropical Diseases and International Health) from the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo (2023), conducting research on humoral immunity in experimental models of visceral leishmaniasis. The work included the standardization of serological tests, purification and detection of haptens from L. L. infantum promastigotes, evaluation of IgG antibodies in the presence of these haptens using immunoenzymatic assays, and studying the influence of these haptens in experimental models. Currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at USP, under the Toxicology and Pathophysiology program, focusing on projects related to the discovery and chemical and genetic validation of new molecular targets for the treatment of Chagas disease, as well as the identification and development of active compounds (hits) and lead compounds (leads) with therapeutic potential for the disease.
