Murilo Oliveira da Silva

A graduate in Bioprocess Engineering and Biotechnology from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and currently pursuing a degree in Physical Education and Sports at the School of Physical Education and Sport of the University of São Paulo (EEFE-USP). I worked for four years at Ambev, coordinating projects, marketing, and trade marketing areas. I led the structuring of the Brahma Franchises' Excellence Program, which was later adopted as a global benchmark by ABInBev.With an analytical and creative profile, I was responsible for optimizing marketing and sales costs by 62.7 and 24.3, respectively, being recognized as one of the company's top performers in 2023. I was responsible for creating the influencer marketing and social media vertical for the Chopp Brahma Express and PerfectDraft brands, a segment that generated R$ 1.3 million in GMV and over 4.4 million impressions, consolidating digital channels as levers for sales, engagement, and positioning.Currently, I am an intern with the strength and conditioning staff of the Brazilian Rugby Confederation at the High-Performance Center of São Paulo, focusing on the athletic development of elite athletes. The career transition I am undergoing is driven by my passion for sports and my belief in its power as a tool for social transformation. This new path is born with a purpose: to actively contribute to the advancement of Brazilian sports. I bring with me the same determination, curiosity, perseverance, and proactivity that have always marked my journey, now applied to the pursuit of performance, excellence, and real impact on the national sports scene.
