Vítor dos Santos de Souza

Degree in Chemistry from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP) at the University of São Paulo (2019). Lavoisier Award, honoring the merit of the best student in the class from 2015 to 2019, granted by the Regional Council of Chemistry - IV Region (2019). Conducted Initiation to Scientific Research with emphasis on photonic materials as FAPESP scholarship holders (TT-1, 2017 / 21740-3) from 2017 to 2019. Master's degree from the same institution, with emphasis on Luminescent Materials doped with Rare Earths, for application in emission of white light and luminescence in the infrared region, CNPq scholarship (133069 / 2020-6) from 2020 to 2023. He is currently a doctoral student at the same institution, with emphasis on germanates of alkaline/alkaline earth metals doped with Rare Earths, for application in planar waveguides, persistent luminescence and luminescence in the visible and infrared region, FAPESP grant (2023/02852-6) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Rogéria Rocha Gonçalves in the area of Inorganic Chemistry.
