He has experience in the area of Human Sciences, with an emphasis on History. He has a bachelor's degree in History from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a master's degree in Social History from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a doctorate in History from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). He worked as a History teacher at the Municipal Department of Education (SME) of the City of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), teaching classes for the 6th to 9th year of Elementary School in their Final Years, between May 2023 and November 2024. Currently, he has a teaching career, since November 2024, as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Development, Agriculture and Society (DDAS) of the Institute of Human and Social Studies (ICHS) at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). His research interests focus on the analysis of land struggles in the countryside and the various conflicts surrounding property rights in Brazil in the 19th and 20th centuries. He researches and works mainly within the scope of Social History, focusing on the following areas of investigation: Social History of Property, Social History of Labor, History of Imperial Brazil, History of Republican Brazil, Post-abolition, etc. He has published two books, chapters in organizational collections and several scientific articles in specialized journals on the research interests described above.
