Aline Olivas Kaji



Birthplace: Brazil

Aline Kaji is a project engineer in the field of hydrodynamic and morphology of coastal areas. She has experience with numerical and physical modelling and the application of models such as Delft3D, SWAN, SWASH and Xbeach to assess the design and maintenance of coastal structures such as breakwaters, ports and nourishment projects. She graduated as a coastal engineer at Delft University of Technology in 2013 and worked as a researcher in the same university involved in a ?building with nature? oriented project. Since 2014 she has been working at Witteveen+Bos in different international projects showing responsibility and enthusiasm towards solving problems and undertaking challenging tasks. She has experience working and studying in different countries as Brazil, Netherlands, Spain, Norway and England, as well as knowledge of different languages, including Portuguese, English and Spanish.
