Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2012), a Master's degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2016), and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Genetics) from the University of São Paulo (2022). Currently, associate researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology and a postdoctoral fellow at the University of São Paulo. They have experience in the field of Genetics, with an emphasis on Archaeogenetics, focusing primarily on the following topics: ancient DNA, human population genetics, aDNA sequencing, and the application of scientific methods in Archaeology in interface with Biological Sciences and Biological Anthropology.
