George Ulguim Pedra

He holds a degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Pelotas (2008) and a Master's degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Pelotas (2011). He is currently a doctoral student in the Postgraduate Program in Meteorology of the National Institute of Space Research. Has experience in Geosciences with emphasis on climatic variability. He served as consultant in Meteorology by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) at the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET) from 2015 to 2017 in research and development related to the seasonal precipitation and temperature forecast.
