Professor of Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), linked to the Master in Law Program, research line "International Cooperation and Human Rights", research group (CNPQ/PUC-Campinas) Health, Human Rights and Vulnerabilities. Postdoctoral (2019) in Economic Development by the Institute of Economics of the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP, integrating the Center for Trade Union and Labor Economics Studies - CESIT. Doctor of Law (2013) from the University of São Paulo - USP. Master in Law (2007) by the Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP. Specialist in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law (2001) by PUC-Campinas. Graduated from PUC-Campinas in 2001. Member of the Public Prosecution Office (Labor Prosecutor). He is mainly involved in the investigation of labor relations from a human rights perspective, using the concept of Decent Work according to the ILO as a backdrop. He is currently developing a research plan entitled "The fundamental right to mental health at work and the international concept of Decent Work". At Law School graduation of PUC-Campinas, he teaches the disciplines "Human Rights", "Legal Practice in Human Rights" and "Juridical Methodology". In the Master in Law in Program, he teaches the disciplines "Decent Work and Social Development: content and criticism", "Right to Development in the International and Domestic Orders" and "Advanced Research Seminars". Author of scientific articles and the books "Limits of the Flexibilization of Labor Rights" (LTR, 2008), "Fundamental Right to the Housing of Migrant Workers" (Leopoldianum, 2015) and and "Human Rights Course" (Alas, 6th ed., 2021). Editor-in-Chief of Legal Journal Work and Human Development - Legal Journal of the Labor Prosecutor's Office of the 15th Region (ISSN 2595-9689).
