Bianca Bueno Nogueira is a Biosystems Engineer, graduated from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Tupã campus. She received undergraduate research fellowships from both CNPq and FAPESP. She earned her Masters degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), with a focus on water and environmental resources, particularly the management of plantwater interactions in irrigated agriculture. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Plant Physiology at UFV, within the research area of Molecular Physiology of Higher Plants. As part of her doctoral studies, she completed a research internship in Germany at the Institute of Plant Genetics, Leibniz Universität Hannover, where she worked with proteomic analyses. Her PhD project aims to uncover the role of autophagy in plant responses to abiotic stress, with a particular focus on heat stress and phosphorus limitation. She has a strong background in plant production and physiology, with experience spanning molecular, biochemical, and physiological analyses. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
