Wlademir Jose de Santis Junior

Wlademir de Santis is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Sao Paulo. He became a meteorologist in 2006, completed his master's degree in meteorology in 2008 and the doctorate in physical oceanography in 2017, all at the University of Sao Paulo. Has worked on projects to implement an oceanic operational forecasting system, automatic cyclone detection and tracking, among other projects. In his most recent publication, in the context of postdoctoral work, he demonstrated the existence of a memory effect in the South Atlantic Dipole variability. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
