Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo (2016), master's degree from the Museum of Zoology of the University of São Paulo (2019), and PhD from the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo (2025). My major areas of study are phylogenetic systematics, ontogeny, and evolutionary morphology of fishes. I also work with scientific illustration, with the first place in the international scientific illustration competition Illustraciencia (2019). Creator and co-founder of Peixe ao Quadrado (2020), a science communication project on Instagram (@peixe.aoquadrado) that focuses on fish biodiversity. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
