Érica holds a degree in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero (2017). Currently, she is a Fellow of the José Reis Program to Encourage Scientific Journalism (Media Science) of the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo (FAPESP), at the Center for Research, Innovation and Diffusion in Neuromaathematics (CEPID NeuroMat) of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo (IME / USP), in which researches Computational Journalism and structured narratives in Wikidata. She also develops research on cyberfeminism, gender and technology, taking part on events and publications related to the topic. She participates in the research group Theories and Processes of Communication, at Faculdade Cásper Líbero, and also is a member of the scientific dissemination group Via Saber.
