I am a tenured professor in tourism at Unesp (2022), with a bachelors degree in Physical Education from Universidade Estadual Paulista (1995), a bachelors degree in tourism from UFRRJ (2018), a bachelor's degree in pedagogy from UNICV (2023), a bachelor's degree in visual arts from UNICV (2024), and a bachelors degree in sociology from UNICV (2024). I am a specialist and master in Education from Unesp (2002), and hold a PhD in Physical Education from Unicamp (2009). I am also a specialist trained by the University of Michigan and the University of Colorado, USA (2023), and by Universidad de los Andes, Colombia (2024). I am a full-time professor at Unesp where I teach courses in recreation and entertainment, tourism adapted for people with disabilities, leisure in contemporary society, tourism perception analysis, and I coordinated the sign language course and the tourism course at Unesp (2019-2020). I was a content creator at Univesp for the Integrative Project IV course. Currently, I am the leader of GEPESIC (Study and Research Group on Stigmas in Sexuality and Body Image), part of the Thematic Network on Tourism, Sustainability, and Quality of Life. I am the head of the Department of Tourism, and a full member of the teaching commission and the congregation at Unesp - FEC, besides being on the council of the masters program in sexual education. I am a class advisor and professor in the pedagogy course at Unesp/UAB and a Lead Professor in the postgraduate specialization course in Special Education with an emphasis on specialized educational support. I have supervised theses in the pedagogy 5.0 course in partnership with the São José dos Campos/SP city hall. Additionally, I am a faculty member and advisor in the masters program in sexual education at Unesp in Araraquara. Furthermore, I am a member of the ISP (International Society for Psychophysics), and my main areas of focus are sexuality, perception analysis, inclusive education, leisure and recreation, tourism, adapted physical education, body image, stigmas in sexualities, liberal sexual behavior, sexuality of people with disabilities, and scalar psychophysics.
