Marcos Mariano

Marcos has Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Technological Chemistry from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2011), with a master degree in Physical Chemistry from the same university (2013). From 2013 to 2016, Marcos was PhD fellow at the Université Grenoble-Alpes where worked on topics related to polymers and nanocellulose-based materials. After a few year as postdoctoral researcher in collaborative projects between the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials and the University of Campinas (2017 - 2019), Marcos joint the preformulation group (R&D) of the Eurofarma laboratories. In Early 2022, he joined the South East Technological University as Researcher Scientist and Contract Analyst. Has experience in Chemistry, with emphasis on Polymers, working mainly on the following subjects: characterization of solid materials, degradation and thermal stability, rheology, colloidal systems, cellulose and their applications in composites, hydrogels and pharmaceutical excipients and technology.
