Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Brasil). Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Chemistry (2017-2022) from the Institute of Chemistry of the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Chemistry with a focus on Inorganic Chemistry at the prestigious State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). His research is closely associated with the National Laboratory of Nanotechnology (LNNano), situated within the esteemed National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM). In his doctoral research, he works with the synthesis and advanced characterization of nanostructured inorganic matrices of the Perovskite type with high band-gap (emissions in blue and violet), in order to use and improve new methodologies of structural characterization of nanomaterials via Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM, ePDF and Cryo-EM), aiming at studies of atomic structure and defects. He has experience in: Coordination Chemistry; Luminescence in Solids; Rare-Earth Ions; Semiconductor Materials; Nanomaterials Surface Chemistry; Colloidal Deposition; Optoelectronic Devices; X-ray Diffraction (XRD); High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM); Pair Distribution Function by Electron Diffraction (ePDF); X-ray Excited Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS); UV-Vis Spectroscopy; Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR); Photoluminescence Spectroscopy (fluorescence emission and excitation, photoluminescence as a Function of Time - lifetime).
