Lucas do Vale Moura

Bachelor in Sciences and Humanities, Territorial Planning, Public Policies and Economic Sciences from the Federal University of ABC. He was a volunteer researcher linked to the Local Power project in ABC (CNPq) through three different scientific initiations on "Autonomy and Local Power in the educational scope of ABC Paulista. He performed activities as a volunteer in the Regional Inequality and Public Policies extension project (2016-2020). Furthermore, he voluntarily participated in the European Union's CARE ERASMUS program, in the discussion on Climate Change. As a scholarship holder, he worked on the City, Pollution and Climate at the Federal University of ABC, Inclusive Monitoring to help PWDs at the Federal University of ABC (2014-2017). He also participated as a FAPESP student researcher in the project "Algorithmic regulation in the public sector: theoretical and programmatic mapping". He was part of the team at São Paulo City Hall awarded in the Mayors Challenge 2016 competition" promoted by Bloomberg Philanthropies within the scope of the Government Innovation program" with actions aimed at the rural south of São Paulo through the Ligue os Pontos Project, which contributed to inter-secretariat policies; Rural registration, among others. Currently, he is part of the third sector in the area of Social Investments, working with philanthropy, conducting projects, reports, indicators and financial management in the area.
