Gabriela Marques Pinheiro

Has a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the Paulista State University Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) Presidente Prudente campus. Is currently a PhD student of Geography at the Federal University of Paraná, has a Master's degree in Geography from the Federal University of Paraná, and work as a researcher at the same university. Has held an internship at the Faculty of Letters (ou languages) at the University of Porto while doing master´s degree, as well as a sandwich doctorate at the University of Barcelona. Has experience in the area of geographic climatology, acting in the following areas: natural disasters, extreme events, urban climate and environment and urban planning.
