Nominated by the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and selected by the Lindau Nobel Foundation to participate in the 72nd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, representing Brazil.Currently, a Ph.D. student at the Paulista School of Medicine (EPM/UNIFESP) focusing on ocular plastic surgery, molecular biology, and image analysis and processing in Ophthalmology under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Paulo Schor and Prof. Dr. Tammy Osaki. He has over 20 articles published in journals indexed in international databases.Research Fellow at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (University of Miami - Miller School of Medicine) in the Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abou Shousha with an innovation scholarship from the Lemann Foundation in partnership with IPEPO.
