Cintia Cornelius Frische

Completed her undergraduate at P. Universidad Católica de Chile (1996) in Biological Sciences, PhD in Ecology, Evolution and Systematics at University of Missouri-St.Louis (2007), USA and was post-doctoral researcher at Laboratório de Ecologia da Paisagem e Conservação (LEPaC) of Universidade de São Paulo (USP)(2008-2009). Currently is Associate Professor at Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM) and collaborator at the Biological Dynamic of Forest Fragments Project (BDFFP) of Instituto de Pesquisas da Amazônia (INPA). Her research area is in the field of ecology, with emphasis on landscape ecology and avian population ecology with special interest on the consequences of deforestation and habitat fragmentation.
