Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Alagoas (UNEAL) - Campus II (2017). Currently conducting postdoctoral research at ICB-II/USP. Has experience in the areas of metabolism, biochemistry, and bioenergetics, with a specific focus on: protozoan biochemistry and bioenergetics, amino acid metabolism, and the effects of severe nutritional stress on pathogenic parasites. In academic governance, served as President (2018-2019) and Vice-President (2019-2020) of the ICB-USP Graduate Students Association.
