Ariel da Silva Parrilha is a graduate of International Relations from FFC at UNESP, Marília Campus. She participated in the following activities: Study and Research Group on International Organizations (GEO) as a member of the Ethics Coordination in 2016 and 2017, and as General Secretary in 2018; Observatory of International Conflicts (OCI) in 2016 and 2017; Academic Center for International Relations Diplomat Sérgio Vieira Mello in management in 2017 as an administrative collaborator and in management in 2018 as Administrative Director. She is a FAPESP Scientific Initiation Fellow with the project "Study of the hypothesis of the use of sexual rape as a strategy by Elisabeth Jean Wood in the case of Korean 'comfort women'", under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Rafael Salatini de Almeida.She completed a master's degree in Social Sciences, at UNESP, under the International Relations and Development strand, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Rodrigo Duarte Fernandes dos Passos. Dissertation developed under the name "KOREAN COMFORT WOMEN AND STRATEGIC SEXUAL VIOLENCE: AN ANALYSIS". She is currently studying for an Academic Doctorate in Social Sciences at UNESP, under the International Relations and Development heading, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mariana Braga.
