Graduated in Physics at the Universidade Nacional de Ingenieria - Perú. Master and PhD degrees in Physics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Research interest in the area of condensed matter physics, especially studying the structural, morphological, optical and magnetic properties of nanoparticles and bulks materials. In the field of nanoparticles, experience in synthesis by the chemical and laser ablation method of metallic and insulating nanoparticles doped with rare earth ions. Characterizations by means of Raman scattering, magnetization, X-rays diffraction, electron spin resonance, scanning and transmission electronic microscopy and fluorescence.
