Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas (IAG) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Bachelor (2007) in Meteorology at the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of São Paulo (Brazil), with a master's degree (2010 ) from the same institution, where he studied events coastal cloudiness in the southern / southeastern Brazil and a PhD (2015 ) in Physical Oceanography by the Oceanographic Institute of USP, where he developed a study on the carbon dioxide (CO2) transfer between the atmosphere and the ocean using buoys and oceanographic satellite data. His research is related to ocean-atmosphere interaction, such as ocean acidification caused by the increase of CO2 in the atmosphere, turbulent diffusion of CO2 at the surface, the spatial and temporal variability of these processes and numerical modeling of turbulence at the surface.
