Holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages with a specialization in Portuguese and Linguistics from the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages, and Human Sciences at the University of São Paulo (USP). Completed an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Biological Sciences-Genetics through the graduate program at the same institution. Conducted a Scientific Initiation project, funded by FAPESP, focused on the Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase component (TERT) of Leishmania spp., acquiring experience in the expression and purification of recombinant proteins within a heterologous expression system, as well as in biophysical interaction assays, including circular dichroism and fluorescence spectroscopy. Currently, the direct doctoral research involves the functional and structural characterization of the PinX1 ortholog protein in Leishmania spp., also funded by FAPESP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
