Letícia Oliveira Lopes

Letícia is a MSc student (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pathophysiology) at the University of São Paulo (USP, São Paulo, Brazil). She completed her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (B.Sc) with a focus on biotechnology at Universidade Estadual Paulista UNESP (2017-2022). Her final thesis was conducted in the scientific research program at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, USP. The project, titled "Gene Expression Profiles of FDA Drug Targets in Human Cancers" (CNPQ, 2021-2022), was the subject of her thesis. Additionally, she undertook a professional internship in Training and Development at Roche Pharma (2020-2021). Furthermore, she conducted scientific research at the Cancer Cachexia Omics Laboratory (CaCao Lab) at the Instituto de Biociências de Botucatu (UNESP). Her previous project in this laboratory focused on the "Global Identification of miR-155 Targets in Skeletal Muscle Cells" (FAPESP, 2018-2020). Presently, she is engaged in collaborative scientific projects at the Laboratory of Integrative Immunology in the Department of Immunology and Medical Clinic (Universidade de São Paulo - USP). Her expertise encompasses Genetics and Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, specifically in Immunology and Muscle Biology.
