Anthonieta Looman Mafra

She has been involved in research since 2007 and teaching since 2016. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychobiology (CAPES rating 6) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with a research internship (sandwich Ph.D.) at Saint Marys University in Canada, and completed postdoctoral studies in Experimental Psychology (Institute of Psychology, University of São Paulo) and Psychiatry (Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo). She currently works in the field of human behavior (with an emphasis on mental health and sexuality) and neurodevelopment, and is a postdoctoral researcher in Experimental Psychology at the University of São Paulo (USP). She is a member of the Maria Emília REvolucionista womens collective and of the Latin American Association for Human Behavioral and Evolutionary Sciences. Throughout her academic career, she has served as a professor in the Professional Master's Program in Organizational and Work Psychology at Universidade Potiguar, focusing on Consumer Behavior; a contributing professor in the Worker Health research area within the same graduate program; and a professor in the academic Masters Program in Psychology at Universidade Ibirapuera, working in the field of Psychosomatics. She has strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with knowledge in biostatistics (proficient in SPSS and JAMOVI). Her work includes national and international collaborations with institutions such as Saint Marys University, University of Antwerp, University of Michigan, Arizona State University, University of Cambridge, Federal University of Pará, and Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
