Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). She was a member of the Study and Research Group on School Organization: Democracy, Human Rights, and Manager Training - DEFORGES. Author of the Scientific Initiation research project: "Perceptions of Human Rights and Mediation Processes of a School Team," funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) under the guidance of Professor Renata Maria Moschen Nascente, PhD. She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Rights, Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship from PUCRS. She lived for two years in San Francisco, California, gaining further knowledge in people management and technology. She's presently a member of the Ensina Brasil educational leadership program.
