Associate Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science at the Federal University of Pernambuco (DCP-UFPE). Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (IRI-USP) and Kings College London (KCL), United Kingdom, through a dual degree program, funded by FAPESP. Masters degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB). Researcher at the Center for International Negotiations Studies (CAENI-USP). He has professional experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the field of international trade, with an emphasis on trade defense and international negotiations. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of São Paulo (IEA-USP), also funded by FAPESP.
