Natália Coelho Couto de Azevedo Fernandes is a Scientific Researcher of Laboratory of Cytopathology in Center of Pathology at Adolfo Lutz Institute (IAL), São Paulo, Brazil. She graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the School of Veterinary Medicine, Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and completed her residency program in veterinary pathology at Department of Pathology of the same school. Currently, she is in charge of diagnostic of Yellow Fever in non human primates from the Surveillance of epizootics and coordinate the project "Surveillance of wildlife in São Paulo State, Brazil".Member of Cientific Society Sigma Xi. She has experience in Veterinary Pathology, especially comparative and experimental pathology of infectious diseases.Review editor in Forontiers in Veterinary Infectious diseases.
