Executive Director of the Innovation Agency at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Associate Professor in the Department of Production Engineering at UFSCar. Ph.D. and Master in Production Engineering (PPGEP-UFSCar). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Production Engineering (UFSCar). Experienced in teaching, research, extension, and technological innovation in the following areas: ergonomics and work design, engineering design, factory design and layout, simulation, gamification, and technological innovation management. Has developed projects in collaboration with various public and private companies. Coordinator of the NPro research group (DEP-UFSCar), the CDPRO maker space, and one of the founders of the Work Engineering Initiative (IET) and Young Researchers in Ergonomics (JoPE). Leads the Assistiverse research and innovation project in assistive technology (funded by FINEP) and the GEnESIIs Project: Gamification in Engineering Education with a Focus on Sustainability and Innovation in Industries (funded by CNPq under the Knowledge Brazil Program - Support for Networked Projects with Brazilian Researchers Abroad). Coordinator of the Master's and Doctorate Program for Innovation at UFSCar (MAI/DAI), funded by CNPq and partner companies.
