Astronomy bachelor at the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences of the University of São Paulo (IAG/USP). Attending the direct PhD program in astronomy at IAG/USP. Under the guidance of Alex Cavaliéri Carciofi, Ph.D, participates in the group BEACON, which investigates the Be phenomenon. HDUST is a radiative transfer code developed by prof. Alex Carciofi in collaboration with prof. Jon Bjorkman (U. of Toledo, EUA). The goal of the project is to upgrade HDUST in order to model, for the first time, the effect of a secondary companion orbiting a Be star primary and its disk. (AU)
