I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), completed in 2021. During my undergraduate studies, I was a scientific initiation fellow funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) from 2019 to 2021, during which I developed a research project focused on the analysis of the gut microbiome of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Subsequently, I was awarded a Technical Training Fellowship (TT3), also from FAPESP, from 2021 to 2022, which expanded my experience in Molecular Biology. I have recently completed my Master's degree at the same institution, through the Graduate Program in General and Applied Biology, with a project funded by the USDA. My research interests lie in the fields of Biotechnology and Microbiology, with experience in advanced techniques such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), applied to the early detection of arboviruses in field-collected mosquitoes, contributing to both human and animal health.
