Currently working at Center of Genomics and Biology of Systems- CGBS (UFPA), Laboratory of Genomics and Bioinformatics-LGB. Experience in Microbiology and Biotechnology, with emphasis in Environmental Microbiology and Molecular Biology working mainly in: genomics of bacteria from the oil industry, biosurfactant producing microorganisms and bacterial diversity in marine environments.
