He is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo (IQ-USP), in the area of #8203;#8203;physical chemistry. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the same institution in 2020 and was a visiting researcher at the Department of Molecular Physics at the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society from 2023 to 2024.He has been working as a researcher in the area of #8203;#8203;mass spectrometry, ion vibrational spectroscopy and computational chemistry since 2018. Currently his research focuses on the use of mass spectrometry to study reaction mechanisms through structural characterization of their intermediates, focusing in the development of ionization sources, and application of ion mobility and vibrational ion spectroscopy techniques, aided by various computational methods.
