Caio Camargo Calarga

Graduated in Dentistry from the School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo. During his undergraduate studies, he developed research and extension work in the area of lasers and oncology patients, with scholarships from FAPESP, CNPq and PUB (USP). He qualified in Lasers in Dentistry from FUNDECTO / FFO, and has more than 6 years of experience caring for patients with oral mucositis and xerostomia at the Special Laboratory of Lasers in Dentistry-LELO USP. Currently, he is a CAPES scholarship holder as a Direct Doctorate student in the Dentistry program, in the sub-area of Oral Biology, also at the School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo, developing a research project regarding salivary changes presented by pediatric oncology patients undergoing transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells. He is also a scholarship holder of the Sandwich Doctoral Program Abroad, from CAPES, being a visiting research student at the University of Saskatchewan, in Canada. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
