Dr. Bianca Cruz Pachane holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctoral degree in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil. She participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Sheffield, UK from 2014-2015 and was a visiting researcher at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (USA) from 2022-2023. She now works as a post-doctoral fellow in the Immuno-Oncology Group at the Barretos Cancer Hospital (Brazil), focusing on the study of head and neck cancer in young patients. She is a member of the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV), the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) and the Barretos Cancer Hospital Research Ethics Committee.
